I like the selection of colorful fabrics available. The lining in the teal mask is smaller than the mask itself, making it cling to the wearer’s mouth when worn. And a bright green mask I ordered to match a headband of the same fabric was substituted with a completely different pink mask because the one I ordered was “out of stock,” without my permission. I requested a refund for the return of that mask, and only received a partial one. I will have to gift the mask to someone. I am disappointed that I can’t receive the mask I ordered. But the other items are pretty and eye-catching.
I find this gorgeous scrunchie with this beautiful mix of colors. Thanks to the designer for the handwritten note accompanying the shipment. You don't feel anonymous like that, it's nice. Thank you
